The apartment!

The apartment is located in Düsseldorf-Lohausen in the basement of our house with a separate entry. The 30 square metre room includes a double king-size bed, SAT-TV, table, refrigerator, coffee mashine, toaster, boiler, cups, cutlery, tableware and own bathroom.
Towels and bedclothes are part of our service. Breakfast has to be self made.

Our house is located close to the exhibition place, LTU-Arena and airport.
Parking in front of the house.
We have a direct connection to the famous Düsseldorfer Altstadt (old city) and to the main station.

Shopping place, bakery, purging and restaurants are nearby.



Accommodation fee:

  • 70,- Euro per person per night
  • 80,- Euro for two persons per night
  • Special conditions for stand construction and deconstruction service
